Since 1985 Phil Cyr (aka Bling) native of Montreal Canada has been supporting Indie artists from around the world.From his humble begins at ground level managing and booking bands.

In 1989 he realized he could help the indie circuit more with radio. He began to produce a show called Indie Scene on RadioCentreVille 102.3 a local mtl station.Although only a half hour show it was still able to make a dent in the industrie .This show is still going today launching many indie Artists and has had many guest such as Kim mitchell,Moist,Jeff Healy, judus priest ,Triumph,April Wine and frank Marino just to name a few.

Phil has had the chance to learn the radio and music industrie from within working in promotions and as an on air announcer for local mainstream stations such as Oldies 990,Chom 97.7,Team 990,94.7 Hits fm,Wild Country 96.5,The Fox 101.5. Internet stations such as Cjim.mowhawk-radio and now owner and operator of

Indie Rock Radio.ca.

This new venture Phil calls taking it to the next level.With over 40 years of experience  He has made many connections with professionals such as record labels , publicist and grammy award winning producers.
